I just stubbled upon on one of the greatest editorials of all time! It is no secret that I love Nick Knight's work, his photographs of flowers make me swoon. On a recent lurking of the internet I discovered "Agathe and Seraphine's House".
Nick Knight collaborates with Dinos Chapman and a cast of fashion's finest to create "Agathe and Seraphine's House", an eery editorial spread for the first issue of Garage magazine. Inspired by twisted images of Chapman's daughters' dollhouse, Knight brings these visions to like - and life-size - using model Lily Donaldson in an elaborate one-off shoot.
The action unfolding in a life-size doll's house specially devised by set designer Gary Card. Toying with proportions and with propriety, and giving the innocence of choldhood a slant of seedy sexuality and black humour.
I love Blythe-esque big eyes and bigger heads. This would have to be the greatest thing I have seen!
